Principle ERP Program Architect - Nike Technology

Principal ERP Program Architect Responsibilities:

• Works closely with Sr. leadership team and chief business architects to develop program solution architecture 
• Provide technical leadership and application architecture planning and delivery on large global complex programs
• Ensures architecture alignment across domains and enabling functions (verticals and horizontals)
• Ensures solution architecture approach is consistent and developed based on program roadmap, reference architectures and enterprise platforms
• Lead and manage team of solution architects, Consultants and technology experts 
• Manages specific program architecture budget 
• Provides expert technical advice to program architecture and delivery teams
• Partnership alignment with key partners (AWS, SAP, etc.) 
• Functional Management and Resourcing of Solution Architects 
• Work with ERP Software technology and ecosystem partners to align product roadmaps 
• Influence ERP Solution vendor roadmaps for incorporating Nike business requirements into standard

Requirements for this position:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Information Management
• 10 years in architect roles
• 5 years as lead architect
• 5 years in leading teams
• 15 years in hands on software engineering
• 7 years working with ERP implementations
• 3 years working with cloud solutions/implementations
• Strong executive presence
• Global Experience with solution delivery
• Proven track record of High-Profile communication written and verbal
• Demonstration of strong influencing skills
• Proven track record of several complete ERP implementations in large global organizations 
• High profile written and communication skills 
• Understand Business processes & best practices of CPG /Fashion/Retail industry or similar 
• Deep understanding of several ERP application areas and cross functional impacts
