Employee Relations Manager - Wholesale

As our Employee Relations Manager - Wholesale, you will steward Nike culture and policies by providing subject matter expertise on navigating complex workplace issues. In partnership with Business HR, Legal and other relevant partners, you will consult with appropriate stakeholders to provide resources and guidance on Nike workplace policies, process and practices. You will demonstrate leadership and initiative by coaching and mentoring others and continuously elevate the ER strategy by using insights and analytics. You will work with Business HR partners to identify opportunities and influence proactive solutions that impact organizations. You'll respond to complex Employee Relations matters in a timely and confidential manner. You'll approach your work objectively and in a consultative manner, educating employees and managers at each touch point. As a subject matter consultant, you will influence to create a culture of accountability and enable business leaders to make sound and consistent decisions that support the Nike Brand.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 6 years’ additional experience in
lieu of a degree.
• 3 years' HR Generalist level experience in interpreting and applying policy and
procedure.
• 3 years’ experience investigating and resolving workplace concerns.
• Strong influencing skills with proven success in influencing
employees at all levels of the organization in a consultative methodology
• Ability to manage projects and task in remote locations
• Communicate effectively and remain calm under pressure and difficult situations
• Proven experience in HR
• State employment law experience
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
• Interpersonal and organization consulting, delivery and
facilitation skills
• PHR/SPHR preferred
