Selector - Night (Seabrook, NH)

Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the accounting and administrative controls within the US Foods environment.

Conduct in-depth audits of critical business applications, focusing on business process controls, application configurations, compliance with US Foods corporate policy, logical access controls, and change controls.

Conduct audits/reviews of assigned business processes to evaluate adequacy of controls.  This will include documenting business processes, reviews of new system implementations, security administration, application processing, IT planning and monitoring.

Determine whether operating units are performing administration and control procedures in compliance with management instructions, applicable statements of policies and procedures, and in a manner consistent with both Company objectives and industry accepted practices.

Report findings and make recommendations for correction of control weaknesses, improvements in operations, and reductions in cost.

Assist IT management with special projects including development projects, internal controls guidance and IT risk management.

Train and assist financial auditors in applying IS audit concepts and audit software (e.g., ACL, Access, MS Project, Excel, etc.).

Assist the Internal Audit Department with information technology needs.  Provide guidance and support on internal projects related to data retrieval and analysis, information communication tools, and other computer assisted audit techniques (e.g.,  ACL).

Travel of up to approximately 10-15% to Corp HQ and various division/area locations.

A minimum of an undergraduate degree required.

Related Experience:

A minimum two years of IT Audit experience required.

Big Four IT audit/assurance practice strongly preferred.  

CISA or CISSP Certificate strongly preferred.

ACL and/or Arbutus data analytics software experience strongly preferred.

The ability to work effectively as part of a team, yet function well with independent responsibilities.

Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office strongly preferred.
