Program Mgr Tech Sr Specialist (Government)

AT&T - LEXINGTON PARK, Maryland

This position will provide program management and technical support to the EW/Special Mission Aircraft programs. The position requires detailed knowledge of airborne signals intelligence (SIGINT) programs and Navy Cyber programs. This individual must possess the ability to handle classified contracts, develop statements of work, assess proposals, prepare spend plans, develop congressional staffer briefs and support a broad array of Navy SIGINT and Cyber programs. Additionally, the incumbent will provide support to the government Budget and Financial Manager (BFM) to work OPNAV and FMB drills and to support reporting on program execution to include the preparation of NSA MIP reporting. The position requires that the individual be able to produce presentations and briefings for both senior NAVAIR program managers and industry Vice Presidents. This represents a high visibility position for our government customer and there will continue to be a high degree of reliance on AT&T to provide detailed planning for these extensive intelligence related programs  BS, Systems Engineering or Information Warfare is required MS in Systems Engineering desired, extensive operational experience in Navy SIGINT and Cyber programs is required with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in these fields being a hard requirement. Candidate shall be experienced in the use of the MS Office suite of applications, with an emphasis on MS Project for scheduling activities as well as schedule analysis.

Required Clearance: Current TS clearance with SCI eligibility is the minimum acceptable. It is highly desired that the candidate have a poly.

Desired: Desired skill set would include DAWIA certification in Program Management.
