Strategic Hire for the Defense Army team. Works to identify, grow, and manage new business with Army/DoD organizations primarily in the Huntsville, Al region such as AMC, AMRDEC, LOGSA, NEC-R, USASAC, USACE, SMDC, and MDA. Responsible for customer positioning pre- and post-sales. Present AT&T capabilities to customers, conduct site visits, negotiate vendor arrangements, create winning proposals and execute projects to maximize revenue and profit.
Must have demonstrated experience managing or growing business at two of the agencies listed. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Solid Senior Officer/SES customer interface skills. Experience in business development and winning proposals, negotiating with vendors and obtaining support in a matrixed organizational environment. Experience with one or more of the following: network and wireless communications, cloud computing, data center consolidation, internet of things (IoT)/machine to machine (M2M) communications, and unified communications (UC). Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
Required: U.S. citizen and ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.
