This position will work with the Stores Services Team in developing, maintaining, and facilitating the TAG Energy Management System along with playing an active role in developing Preventative Maintenance programs at the store level.  This position is accountable to implement strategic sustainability initiatives that will reduce working capital and increase profitability.


Work Schedule/ Hours: Monday - Friday 10:30am - 7:00pm.

 

Core Responsibilities and Tasks

 

·         Ensure installation of Energy Management System (EMS) equipment in all new stores.

·         Work closely with Store Managers in regards to Energy management and Preventative Maintenance Programs to ensure energy efficiency and optimization of store services.

·         On a daily basis, manage / monitor stores heating and cooling settings

·         On a weekly basis, analyze exception based data to perform predictive maintenance on HVAC equipment

·         Communicate with Store and City Managers with regard to HVAC repairs and PM programs ensure proper operation of 13 MM in fixed assets

·         Utilize EMS system along with reporting systems (Business Objects/Microstrategy) to obtain data necessary for identifying future cost savings opportunities within Stores.

·         Miscellaneous continuous improvement projects as delegated. The Stores Services Team is responsible for implementing energy efficicent lighting solutions for our stores and recycling/waste removal services.

Education Required

Bachelors Degree Required. Graduate Degree, Six Sigma Certification Preferred
