Position Summary:

Perform various duties related to the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facilities, equipment, and fixtures.  Respond to general verbal or written requests to perform duties within and outside buildings.  Use various hand and powered tools, forklift, truck, etc.

Qualifications:

· Must have a least two (2) years experience in maintenance field.

· Available to work overtime as required.

· Must be able to obtain license to operate powered equipment within ninety(90) days.

· Ability to use a variety of hand and powered tools.

· Must have good verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

· Ability to work on various repairs independently and with minimal direction.

· Ability to respond to emergencies anytime day or night.

· Physical demands: This position has a lifting requirement of 75 lbs for 0% to 33% of the time and 35 lbs for 34% to 66% of the time.  Other physical activities include bending/reaching/stooping 34% to 66% of the time and walking/standing/climbing 34% to 66% of the time.

Work environment: Warehouse environment, which includes seasonal temperature changes, rolling equipment, and conveyors.  Every area of the building(s) and property including the roof, parking lots, and surrounding land
