Position Summary:
We are currently looking for a Director, Car Fleet for the Cincinnati, OH area.
Job Summary/Goals:
Fleet subject matter expert and business owner for fleet service / product that is delivered on a regular basis to Procter & Gamble at a site level.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
High-Level COE Responsibilities
Develop, champion and communicate global fleet strategy.
Shared oversight of global service results.
Global SPOC to client for service results and escalations.
Owns oversight relationship with suppliers.
Accountability for fleet service line and link to other JLL Service Lines and accounts.
Knowledge sharing: Historical Results, Trends, Case Studies.
Essential Duties:
Client Management
Single point of contact for all global fleet related queries and escalations.
Monitor customer satisfaction and responsible for initiating any follow up actions.
Own / Lead Monthly Global Fleet Stakeholder Meetings and make presentations to the client as appropriate.
Communicate regularly with the client’s Management and staff providing necessary support and information on the status of all areas under management.
Determine / align global Center of Excellence initiatives.
Supplier Management
Oversee vendor management activities including regular vendor reviews and escalations to Sourcing if KPI’s aren’t met.
Employee Management
Establish work priorities, assign deliverables and resolve issues.
Develop and maintain a high performance team across the globe.
Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, operations transparency, and co-operation and performance excellence.
Manage, motivate and reward a large remote team that consists of individuals with diverse cultural backgrounds and language diversity.
Conduct performance reviews and evaluate salary, bonus, merit increases and promotions as appropriate.
Financials / Cost Savings
Monitor quarterly fleet spend/capital forecast against budget & escalate as required.
Own Cost Savings program. Advise regional teams on savings opportunities, oversee implementation, ensure savings are logged appropriately in Savings Central.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or other related field.
Experience:
Three or more years’ of experience in fleet car management.
Experience in employee management and leading teams.
Previous experience in managing remote teams.
