Customer Service Representative
 
Job Duties:
Assist customers as well as store associates with questions and orders.  This includes taking phone calls, responding to emails and any backend work necessary to help our customers.
Skills Required:
    • Passionate about customer service
    • Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, Internet navigation)
    • Proficient at typing
    • Ability to problem solve
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
    • Must use proper grammar, both written and oral
    • Must be a self-motivator who is also a team player
    • Ability to manage work flow within a constantly changing environment
    • Excellent follow up and documentation skills
    • Excellent attendance
  • *skill tests will be given 
Customer service is divided into three shifts however your schedule must be flexible so short shifts can be covered. Weekends are worked on a rotating basis.
