Cyber Security/Information Assurance Manager (Government)

AT&T - NORFOLK, Virginia

 Seeking an experienced Cyber Security/Information Assurance Manager to provide technical, management, operational, and administrative support to include but not limited to program planning and execution support.

• regulatory compliance
• management and technical briefings and reporting
• performance measurement and reporting
• program policy and standard operation procedures (SOPs) development and maintenance
• National level cyber security initiatives support
• Incident Response operations
• network monitoring implementation, deployment, operation and maintenance network monitoring and intrusion detection analysis and response
• security event correlation
• advanced technical analysis including malicious code, traffic, hard disk, and Web-log analysis
• internal threat analysis
• security integration and deployment
• security test and evaluation
• vulnerability assessment
• system configuration compliance assessment
• security configuration standards development and updates
• policy and technical document review
• security policy and standards development, update, coordination, guidance and waiver request review and recommendations; security awareness briefings, technical documentation, editing, coordination and publication
• operation and maintenance of Government-owned IT hardware and software inventory management and administrative support.

Candidate must have four (4) to nine (9) years of IT experience and have demonstrated experience in the following areas:

• 3-5 years’ experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008.
• 3-5 years experience with RHEL and/or Linux certified. 
• 2-4 years experience with HBSS.
• 1-3 years experience with ACAS and/or Nessus.
• 2-4 years C&A package assembly experience and/or appointed as a Navy Validator.

compliance with DOD Directive 8570 on IA Workforce training and certification (IAT Level III).

Required Clearance: TS/SCI (MANDATORY Current Active or will not qualify)
