Command, Control and Communications Intelligence Analyst (Government)

AT&T/GSI is currently seeking a Command, Control and Communications (C3) Network Intelligence Analyst to conduct space and counterspace threat C3 systems analysis at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

This position will provide expertise in adversary space and counterspace C3 intelligence analysis, threat assessments, and other analytical and collection related technical areas (including modeling and simulation activities). Individual will provide C3 expertise, including model definitions and application development in the area of space and counterspace threat C3 intelligence mission area to support in executing a national-level intelligence production initiatives. Including special access programs and technical project planning and strategic program controls. Individuals are desired to possess demonstrated experience in US Intelligence Community Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination activities and have the proven ability to manage complex projects
BS/MS in intelligence studies, international relations, engineering, computer science mathematics, statistics, physics, or related field with at least 8-10 years of applicable experience.

Required : At least 8 years of experience in US space, counterspace and the Intelligence Community. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Desired: 8-10 years experience in C3 model template definition, development, verification, and validation of models and simulations. Must possess highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with compiled programming languages such as C/C , object oriented programming, revision control, and databases.

Required Clearance: TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance
Desired: Polygraph.
