As our Learning & Development Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for Establishing and Executing Learning & People Development Delivery Framework to enable IHM achieve its Business Objectives. Key Job Accountabilities: This role would effectively execute our annual Human Capital Development Agenda by implementing Global and IHM specific Professional & Technical Development Programs in collaboration with our COE partners, within GSM & HR. Your success would lie in Delivering our Learning & Development Programs, evaluating effectiveness of training activities, practices to identify developmental needs and evaluate external training vendors. You will co-spearhead the Delivery of our Training Programs On-Demand and elevate our existing Trainer community. You will champion the cause of our workforce; ensuring that we create a sustained Learning & Development delivery mechanism and help the business ensure they have the right person in the right job doing the right thing. You will establish strong / effective communication strategy for our Learning & Development initiative that will to enable robust engagement with our workforce. You'll assist with projects like employee development framework, data analysis related to employee productivity and other projects, which would emerge as a part of our growth agenda.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Human Resources or a related field • 6 - 10 years' relevant Learning & Development / Engineer / Manufacturing Line Management Experience / HR experience • 2 years' additional Learning & Development work experience in lieu of a degree • General knowledge of Learning & Development / HR components and processes • Demonstrated Project Management skills • Master in presentation skills & facilitating meetings • Highly skilled in the following software programs: PeopleSoft, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, MS-Project • Experienced in financial data analysis • Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information • Learning & Development / HR experience in aspects of HR related to Performance Management, OE / OD, Learning & Development, Employee Communication, Diversity & Inclusion & Technical Writing • Excellent influencing and communication skills
