As a Sr. Software Engineer in Enablement, you will be
building and maintaining solutions that help other developers produce superior
customer-facing experiences in a fast-paced enterprise environment. In this role, you will be working closely
with other developers to find opportunities to improve delivery times, code
quality, customer experience, and the general developer experience throughout
the enterprise delivery pipeline.
This position requires a breadth of experience in many
languages, programming patterns, relational and NoSQL databases, systems
development, virtualization technologies, cloud infrastructure, testing
methodologies, continuous integration and delivery, and development
methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
This is a role on a team currently focused on improving
quality and safety of data-intensive customer experiences through the use of
anonymized or synthetic data, but also supports the creation and use of
virtualized services, automating various portions of the delivery pipeline, and
serving as internal expert resources all along the delivery pipeline.
Given the unique nature of this inward-focused development
role; technical acumen, observational ability, and communication of technical
concepts with and to a diverse audience is absolutely critical to success. Being a self-starter, enjoying the engagement
(and sometimes interruption of) other developers, introducing existing
solutions, educating, and extending those solutions, seeking opportunities for
new solutions (technical, or otherwise), prototyping those solutions, and
levering existing projects are all requirements for success.
