Duties

• Assist service technician to whom he/she has been assigned for the day
• Assist in the installation and removal of safety and winter covers
• Clean, fold, and store covers at customer's property
• Maintain high standards in customer service, professional conduct, and ethical conduct
• Comply with all safety procedures, including safe work habits

• Must possess good verbal skills
• Able to assist the service technician in the installation and removal of safety covers
• Able to assist service technician during the winter closing and spring opening process, and installation of replacement vinyl liners
• Provide assistance when necessary during the installation of various pool equipment
