Develop and lead culinary trainings that grow and support our Food Culture while achieving desired revenue targets
Consult with customers on profitable restaurant operations; develop action plans to address short and long term opportunities (front and back of house)
Conduct recipe research and development; assess and evaluate new products and industry trends
Increase brand recognition through social, live and print media; develop and/or evolve strategies to stay relevant
Support the Food Fanatics Program nationally; act as a local ambassador, participate in corporate events and create content for our print and digital publications.

Must Haves: Bachelor’s degree or above in related field or equivalent industry work experience i.e. minimum 7 year’s comprehensive experience in the culinary field. Prior experience designing and facilitating training programs. Ability to effectively manage projects/initiatives from start to finish.
Proven experience developing and tailoring communications for various audiences including social media marketing; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. Prior experience with and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Nice to Haves: Memberships in local and/or national culinary organizations. Previous on-camera performance experience.
