Demand Planning and Inventory Management – the DPIM team ensures that we plan to have the right inventory in the right amount at the right time. The areas of this team include:
Demand Planning: develops product forecasts to achieve category revenue and profitability goals
Inventory Planning and Purchasing: execution of purchases that balance supply and demand
Inventory Operations – manages inventory and inventory forecasts as well as balances costs and deliveries
Center of Excellence – strengthen the processes and tools so the team and perform their role.
