As a Strategic Planning Manager reporting to our Director of Strategy & Finance, you will:

• Analyze complex strategic problems, develop clear recommendations, and present your findings to senior executives
• Help the Manufacturing Revolution Leadership team create and execute strategies at the project- and program-level
• Help our teams analyze, prioritize and execute against our project roadmap
• Support management of the entire Manufacturing Revolution organization, including the corporate planning process and the development of strategic and business planning deliverables
• Develop high-impact presentations and reports to communicate strategic plans and operational results both internally and externally

Requirements for the role include:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years' experience in business/strategic planning, management consulting, finance or related fields is strongly preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree is preferred; 2 years' additional experience in lieu of an advanced degree
• Experience working for a Fortune 500/multinational company or national consulting firm is preferred
• Experience in manufacturing and familiarity with key manufacturing concepts is preferred
• Experience managing complex stakeholder engagements, including leading projects with multiple contributors/influencers and facilitating workshops, is preferred
• Project management, problem structuring, and strategic problem solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver presentations to senior leadership
• Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally, including with senior leadership
• Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Passion for product and sport
• Standout "can do" attitude and enthusiasm to drive Nike forward
• Ability to pass a 7 year background check
