CAFM / CAD Systems and Process Specialist

Position Summary:

OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a CAFM / CAD Systems and Process Specialist.

The CAFM / CAD Systems and Process Specialist supports our client-dedicated Move Add Change (MAC) team through involvement in business systems tied to financial, work order data, facility statistics, etc. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Assist the account leadership in managing data, managing the technology tools and supporting the overall data integration program for the planning and move add change (MAC) program.
  • Serve as an expert in computer aided facility management, databases, AutoCAD, and JLL’s project management system (OneView Projects), and other systems as needed.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of IT product features and functionality and keep up to date on software enhancements.
  • Oversee the process for uploading space management data and CAD files into the Archibus (or similar system).
  • Manage the organization, management, input, tracking, and analysis of data from a variety of sources.
  • Provide customer support, troubleshooting, and training to the team as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for the improvement of data integrity and processes related to space data management, move add change, and other areas to support the overall program.
  • Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for data management tools.
  • Function as liaison for IT issues between JLL and client IT for any interfaces.
  • Help prepare the monthly space management data reporting package to the senior team and provide analytical and data analysis support, including performance and metric analysis.
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Communication, or Information Systems – or, a mix of education and experience – or, three or more years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in data analysis and/or database management.
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Strong expertise in Computer Aided Facility Management software — AutoCAD, preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new applications quickly.
  • Microsoft Office Suite knowledgeable with a high level of expertise in Excel.
  • Good communication skills — verbal and written.
