Sr Analyst, Transactions Mgmt

Position Summary:
Our Transaction Management team works closely with clients to strategize, evaluate and execute real estate transactions in order to meet their business and occupancy needs. Our Senior Analyst will assist in developing strategies and execute real estate transactions. S/He will support and manage low complexity lease acquisitions, lease renewals and dispositions primarily for ATMs and 3rd party tenants as part of a team. Additional responsibilities include qualitatively and quantitatively evaluating client ATM site alternatives and lease options. Gather and evaluate real estate market and property data; this can include conducting market calls, previewing ATM site opportunities, developing fact sheets, and gathering photos and site plans as necessary.
- Establishes strong trusted relationships.
- Proactively assists clients in managing real estate portfolio to achieve cost reduction, financial occupancy optimization, monetization, and other client goals.
- Monitors and evaluates implementation programs against strategies and provides timely reporting of the effectiveness of strategy against implementation
- Evaluate client site alternatives _Evaluate lease options
- Track transactions on web based applications
- Prepare detailed analysis, including NPV cash flows
- Prepares financial analyses (e.g. rent assumptions, site comparisons)
- Review, understand and abstract complex
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Financial, analytical and presentation Skills
- Ability to interpret proposals, contracts and leases
- Advanced computer skills: MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- NC or SC Real Estate license
