Innovation is the heart of Nike.  As a Senior Technical Lead for Innovation Tech you will be part of a team revolutionizing the Nike Product Technology Platform and delivering a technology landscape that is simplified, flexible and will ultimately enable Nike on its journey to 2020 and beyond.  You will be joining a passionate team devoted to connecting research and design through a digital ecosystem.  Your primary responsibility will be supporting a data program using your leadership skills, e.g. coaching best practices to product delivery teams, and forward looking activities, e.g. researching and proving how new technologies will help us innovate at scale.

Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with 5 years' professional experience in web app development.

 

Technology background:

-       Experience using many facets of AWS (required)

-       Experience designing full stack applications (required)

-       Experience integrating with RESTful APIs (required)

-       Experience building Node applications (preferred)

-       Experience building React or Angular 2 web apps (preferred)

-       Experience building SPA or isomorphic apps (preferred)

-       Experience with data visualization (preferred)

Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills

Ability to see the big picture and decompose it into domains

Opinionated yet humble
