Under the direction of the Sr. Global Payroll Consultant (located in the US), perform professional, technical, administrative, and project duties in the development, implementation, and administration of regional and global initiatives, policies, etc. This position applies analytical and planning skills to gather and analyze information for payroll business processes and improvements, make recommendations, support a variety of HR-related initiatives and projects. Work is performed independently under limited supervision. The Payroll Consultant sets the overall objectives and will help develop deadlines, work to be completed, and priorities. This person is frequently required to work with confidence under deadlines in an environment where they may be required to stand firm to the global initiatives while partnering with regional and local teams.
Minimum requirements: • 3 years payroll-processing experience • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels of the organization • Ability to work independently and influence others to meet deadlines • English fluent
Preferred qualifications • College degree in business, accounting, or similar • Experience with multinational payroll and/or business • Experience with payroll system/timeclock implementations • Ability to travel, occasionally, including internationally • Experience in the area of business analysis and/or project coordination • Multi-lingual
