Transformation Strategy Manager for Nike Digital Product Creation

Nike - Portland, OR

As the Transformation Strategy Manager for Nike Digital Product Creation, you will be a part of a small team working closely with the Vice President of Digital Design Transformation and the Digital Product Creation Leadership Team, helping to drive the strategic agenda. You will help facilitate long term visioning, analysis driven recommendations, and general business planning to support Nikes 3D transformation of product creation.

Within the Digital Product Creation portfolio, you will help prioritize and support key priorities and initiatives through research and analysis, and collaborate closely with Nike Design, Tech, Finance, and Human Resources to deliver. You will develop high-impact presentations to support and communicate findings, develop business planning tools to communicate historical information, prepare for priority shifts and changes, and enable future resource planning. You will identify and develop KPIs against plans and establish scorecard tools and processes to communicate progress.

On a daily basis, you will be asked to deliver: strong quantitative analysis (digging deep into the numbers to get to the bottom line), compelling presentations (drawing clear conclusions and making a strong case), and clear communication (helping to align across teams and functions).

Ultimately, your success will depend on your ability to quickly form both professional and personal relationships with cross functional partners and then drive to rigorous, well-communicated deliverables. We are a fast paced, curious, and nimble team looking to drive immediate and long term impact.
