As the Publishing Operations Manager, Apps in GDC Operations, you will:
Be the operational expert for app publishing for multiple Nike digital experiences across brand and commerce.
Be a subject matter lead on the content management system to create an operation that will deliver on time and accurately, and partner with the rest of the App functions in Brand and Operations to cover overall needs.
Lead key workstreams and support other teams as they roll out to new geographies and territories, providing global expertise to train, transition and execute. This will also require strong partnerships with other functions to cohesively develop process improvements.
Primarily manage the coordination, intake and rollout for various digital platforms including apps and web.
Project manage multiple workflows while understanding the ever changing digital landscape and business demands. You will partner closely with Leadership team to determine specific gaps and recommendations to support the overall function objectives.
Requirements for the position include:
Typically
requires a Bachelors Degree or minimum of 5 years' relevant work
experience.
Ability to
work in a constantly evolving environment, making judgment calls and
shifts in process models as needed.
Excellent
oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and
making effective presentations of recommendations to stakeholders.
A strong understanding
of project management and process implementation.
It would be highly
advantageous to have experience of using a CMS (Content Management System).
An ability to
build networks and team connections.
Ability to
understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas, and develop
effective responses or elevate to higher management.
