As the North America Brand Design Art Director you will execute the creative vision for category and cross-category Brand initiatives through Brand Design in a way that supports premium Nike consumer experiences, the Nike Brand Ethos and Maxims. Elevate the consumer Brand experience through superior brand appearance of product, communications, collateral materials, digital and retail.
_Bachelor’s degree in Graphic, Architectural or
Industrial Design, with 8 years of progressive
technically sophisticated design experience.
_Exceptional ability to apply design skills. Experience in
branding with proven ability to incorporate Brand
marketing principles in design.
_Demonstrated leadership capability including ability to
lead/direct a
team of designer and/or external partners (agencies,
freelancers, photographers, etc...)
_Exceptional presentation/speaking skills.
_Demonstrated knowledge of design process from
concept to production.
_Proven business and organizational skills to meet
timelines and project requirements within budget.
