The Account Executive will collaborate and strategize with their external retail partners to increase sales, achieve company objectives, build and develop strong teams, execute flawless events and maintain excellent working relationships.  The Account Executive will serve as a key partner in driving sales in our wholesale locations by coaching and developing sales staff in department stores, prestige consultants in Ulta and cast members in Sephora. The Account Executive is responsible for supervising, hiring and developing the Bare Escentuals Account Coordinators and partnering with department store management to hire and develop our Beauty Consultants.



Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving sales and executing strategies and initiatives for each bare Minerals location to ensure achievement of overall territory sales.
  • Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with internal and external business partners resulting in increased understanding of the business and achievement of successful sales results.
  • Create an open and collaborative environment that influences the sales teams of Department Stores and Ulta locations. Cascades knowledge and best practices within the field organization.
  • Responsible for partnering with Department Store management to recruit, train and develop department store employees.
  • Responsible for recruiting, hiring and developing Bare Escentuals Account Coordinators and temporary support
  • Take personal accountability for the growth and success of sales teams, offering feedback, modeling behavior demonstrating a commitment to improving location performance.
  • Provide ongoing training to sales teams in the areas of product knowledge, service and selling, event execution artistry techniques.
  • Act as key liaison and executor both internally and externally of all events within territory; accountable for ach all event goals.
  • Accountable for strengthening brand identity by creating visual merchandising consistency within each store a ensuring visual, inventory and operational standards are met.
  • Ensure all locations consistently support our product and marketing campaigns through customer interactions successful execution of visual direction.
  • Enforce and execute company policies, procedures and operational standards in all locations.
  • Participate in regional meetings and conference calls to provide partnership and create solutions to address needs.
  • Act as a Force of Beauty and represent the bare Minerals brand in a positive and professional manner through personal example and influence of teams.
  • Uphold Bare Escentuals Dress Code Guidelines & consistently demonstrate a polished and professional appear frequently changing makeup styles to reflect current trends by wearing seasonal looks.



Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years Cosmetic Account Executive experience
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales through developing teams and providing exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach and develop a team of managers
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive/effective business partnerships
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management in a fast paced, high growth, changing environment
  • Ability to work independently to prioritize and achieve results
  • Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Effective planning, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs
  • Able to stand for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to travel 90%
  • Possess a personal vehicle to be utilized for business purposes
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays
