The Account Executive will collaborate and strategize with their external retail partners to increase sales, achieve company objectives, build and develop strong teams, execute flawless events and maintain excellent working relationships. The Account Executive will serve as a key partner in driving sales in our wholesale locations by coaching and developing sales staff in department stores, prestige consultants in Ulta and cast members in Sephora. The Account Executive is responsible for supervising, hiring and developing the Bare Escentuals Account Coordinators and partnering with department store management to hire and develop our Beauty Consultants.
