Will provide general administrative support to the Merchandising, Planning, and Allocation teams. Perform all merchandise related data entry such as price changes, markdowns, order entry, product set-up, etc. Compile and distribute reports on sales, inventory, and orders as assigned. Track mark-downs and price changes and ensure they are entered into the system in a timely manner. Respond to store requests for product information, UPC lookup, price changes, etc. Maintain files and documentation such as product grids and buy/assortment spreadsheets. Coordinate all aspects of purchase order management, including vendor setup, item coding and PO entry, PO revisions, bulk management, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform all necessary pre checks to confirm all styles are correct in SAP Manage offer dates with Category Partners
Ensure all planned buys are submitted and confirmed through order reconciliation
Assist with weekly, monthly, seasonal, and ad hoc reporting
Manage launch product calendar entry, and updates
Assist buying team with assortment planning responsibilities
Lead management of samples
Responsible for any data entry / price management needs Price management for Inline, Digital, as well as Employee store concepts
Assist in uploading markdowns Support Planner with MAP Pricing
Communicate to stores using Retail Relay
Enter monthly hash orders
Support in tracking seasonal product
Assist team in execution of all Hindsight documents Daily/weekly “chasing” of ATP product Place Marc orders on a monthly cadence Support Allocator with contract management
SKF responsibilities including sample management, load in/out of samples, executing floor set, and team support throughout meetings
Create, edit and maintain seasonal whiteboards across all concepts
Assist in 3rd Party Vendor management Article creation Samples Vendor communication
