Given Nike’s rapid growth, WD C faces tremendous pressure to meet increased demand and improve services and infrastructure worldwide. There is a pressing need to challenge assumptions, innovate new solutions and elevate service excellence across the WD C organization, and the global Nike Facilities portfolio.
 
Overview of the Global Food Fitness  Director:
 
As part of the Nike Integrated Workplace Services (IWS) team, the individual in this role will have many global management responsibilities including, but not limited to:
  • Create long-term Food and Fitness strategies
  • Influence and partner with key business leaders, including Training Running Categories, HR Total Compensation and Nike’s Culture Committee, to inform and advance Food and Fitness strategies
  • Work collaboratively with WD C IWS Geography teams and across WD C functions to maintain alignment and drive implementation of Food and Fitness strategies
  • Serve as functional subject matter expert (SME) providing consultation and deployment of global best practices for local adaptation 
  • Develop, implement and monitor global processes, standards and KPIs
  • Identify, develop and implement innovations and efficiencies in Food and Fitness service delivery models
  • Manage the global portfolio of Food and Fitness based initiatives
  • Lead, coach, drive and inspire Food and Fitness teams
  • Manage relationships and performance of External Strategic Partners (i.e., vendors) who deliver and operate services
  • Commit to a user-centered process, quality and continuous improvement

We are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline
  • 8 years relevant experience within the Fitness and/or Food industry
  • Proven experience of launched Food & Fitness services and successful implementations
  • A history of working on teams that emphasize a collaborative approach to decision making
  • An individual who anticipates internal/external business issues; recommends innovative product, process or service improvements
  • Experience that spans a variety of Food & Fitness challenges with similar sized organizations to Nike Inc.  .
  • Ability to work within a self-directed culture and navigate ambiguity
