Senior Business Systems Analyst - Trade Finance

Duties: Provide new solutions, enhancements and support to proprietary Trade Finance system and applications. Play key role in functional design and development of new infrastructure services and solutions. Anticipate needs, assess requirements, provide new solutions, systems enhancements and support for applications relating to NIKE's Trade Finance factory payment system. Assess system principles and deliver technical solutions. Responsible for all aspects of design and support for all phases of the software development lifecycle. Apply business standards to design and document advanced functionality for existing Trade Finance systems. Analyze and define user requirements and develop and implement enhancement and production support fixes for Trade Finance Portfolio. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Serve as liaison among business units, technology teams and support teams. Implement finance systems using project lifecycle processes, including design, testing, implementation and support. Plan and execute functional and performance systems tests to verify changes implemented by developers. Document and communicate system changes to key stakeholders while translating system functionality into business relevant language. Utilize Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies. Utilize consultancy approach on coaching other team members and peer reviewing team work products, including requirements management. 5% travel may be required, including international.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology Management, Business, or related field (foreign equivalent accepted)

and

Experience: 5 years' progressive post-bachelor's experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or similar position.
Skills/Requirements:

5 years' experience:
  1. Working with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Processes 
  2. Communicating with management, technical peers, and business stakeholders
  3. Working with Domain Knowledge of Direct Factory Payment process
  4. Performing functional and performance tests
  5. Collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to establish technical vision and analyze tradeoffs
3 years' experience:
  1. Working with End to End Supply Chain Process
  2. Performing requirements definition and management process oversight
