As the Senior Mobility Specialist, you'll be responsible for daily administration and compliance of assignment management program to include policy, tax, and legal compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating daily efforts with all stakeholders for seamless transition. You'll be accountable for daily vendor relationship management including the monitoring of performance for employee satisfaction and policy compliance. This role provides input to leadership when vendors have service level failures or opportunities for improvement. Additional responsibilities include the ensuring expatriate compensation is calculated, processed and paid accurately while captured for year-end tax and payroll reporting processes. You will provide consulting advice and support to transferees and their families through the expatriate life cycle. • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field • A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in Mobility or another related HR field. • Strong written and communication skills. • Excellent customer service skills. • Ability to manage tight timelines. • Strong attention to details. • Project management experience preferred
