The Order Filling Trainer reports directly to the Order Filling Manager. Provides training to the southside order filling clerks as needed. Responsible for completing the work of a Southside order filling clerk. The Order Filling Trainer performs all southside order filling functions including but not limited to: Picking orders, pulling merchandise to fill orders through direction of voice pick headset device, stacking items into totes and onto carts/conveyor belt in a fast and accurate manner. The Southside order filling trainer demonstrates behavior that supports AWBC core values.
