SUMMARY Provide administrative support to the marketing manager, as well as offer assistance / support as needed to entire mall team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS MARKETING / COMMUNICATIONS
Handle marketing event implementation
Update social media and web sites
Prepare contracts for events, displays, shows and sampling
Assist with event implementation
Track Certificates of Insurance for ancillary income programs
Assist in preparation of retailer memos and announcements
Support the gift card operation (if applicable)
Install in-mall collateral as directed
Provide administrative help to other departments as requested
CLERICAL AND SUPPORT FUNCTIONS
Prepare memos to retailers advising of events, new stores, management updates, etc.OrganizeOrOrgO

Open and sort mail

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1-3 years clerical experience
1-2 years marketing experience, preferred
1 year marketing experience
Retail experience a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Complete knowledge of EXCEL and Word.
Ability to learn employer specific web-based software systems.
Ability to manage time well and be self-motivated, without direct supervision.
