Sr. Manager, Total Rewards Audits

With an aggressive long-term growth strategy, NIKE is counting on its HR Direct organization (human resources shared services) to deliver total rewards programs on a global scale with continued focus on seamless consumer experience and cost optimization while assuring quality & compliance.

Nike is looking for a Sr. Manager, Audits to help drive our commitment to deliver quality across our global Total Rewards programs (compensation, benefits & equity). In this role you will help develop and activate a governance model to monitor and control the execution of Total Rewards programs within Nike’s expanding HR Direct team. You will partner across Nike’s HR Direct network to increase quality, helping create cross-functional capabilities, and capacity within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with management to define and develop the strategic plan to continuously evaluate compliance and governance of total rewards delivery
• Develop trusted partnerships with management to educate and influence on key risk and control issues
• Conduct total rewards delivery risk assessment and planning activities
• Achieve the total rewards audit plan objectives by directing the design, execution, reporting and follow up of specific projects
• Ensure evaluation results are focused, clear, accurate, and well presented
• Anticipate potential roadblocks and identify opportunities, and provide practical suggestions and alternatives
• Effectively communicate audit results to appropriate levels of management
• Collaborate with management and broader HR Direct teams to address audit action items
• Support HR Direct team members through co-sharing of technical knowledge and special expertise
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Business, or Economics
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, public accounting experience preferred
• CPE, CPP, CCP, CEP, or EA certifications preferred
• Experience in applying internal control concepts to plan, perform, manage and report on the evaluation of various business processes
• Ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives including meeting facilitation and presentations
• Strong information seeking skills and drive to make things happen
• Ability to understand underlying concerns, share ideas, and develop effective solutions through collaboration with an extended global team
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
