Process•Creates, shares and updates the project schedule with all project stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery. Ensures Design knows and is tracking to major gates and dates•Reassesses throughout the Design process to keep Designers moving forward and deliverables on track•Responsible for total asset management, including creating, updating and publishing the asset grid, informing the short list, communicating and driving the files standards•Manages to the timely publishing of all assets and the Creative Direction per BNX requirements and standards•Responsible for tracking and managing the project budgets through Checkbook and reconciliations•Coordinates and manages outside vendors and agencies through FLEX, Tradeshift, etc.•Requests POs before the work begins, and processes invoices in a timely matter. Ensures vendors and partners are promptly paid•Defines and leads project meeting cadence based on priorities•Estimates resource requirements

Qualifications
_Bachelor’s degree _Knowledge of and sensitivity to current trends in color, design, art, photography and experience design and their application to the athletic industry._Demonstrated high level expertise using computer design applications including Adobe Creative Suite._Strong oral and written communication skills in local market language, including meeting facilitation and presentations to senior management._Ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives and effectively elevate strategic concerns to senior management in a timely and accurate manner._Ability to work cooperatively with staff, share ideas and develop effective responses._Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and geographies._Proven ability to work in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment._Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands and changes
