Responsible for configuring, maintaining, ordering, and providing support for IT equipment in a corporate environment.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

·         Process IT equipment to/from stores

·         Configure equipment, troubleshoot and repair damaged equipment

·         Maintain shipping logs of equipment in and out of the office

·         Prepare and coordinate recycling of outdated/irreparably damaged systems

·         Assist network and system administrators

·         Assist in the execution of IT projects

·         Other tasks/assignments as needed

Qualifications and Education Requirements

·         High School Diploma

Preferred Skills

·        Recent job-related experience with demonstrated competence. 

·        Ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing; must be able to understand and follow technical diagrams, manuals, and procedures.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

  • Must be able to sit at a computer or desk for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to use hands/arms to operate keyboard, telephone and for repetitive motion activities.
  • Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance.
  • Must be able to communicate using speech, sight, and sound with or without assistive device.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, stoop or crouch while performing daily activities of the job.
