We're looking for experienced multi-unit managers who already have a proven track record of success for this newly created District Manager in Training position. You will participate in an intensive six month training program to acquire knowledge and experience in every aspect of Rent-A-Center's proven business model.
The District Manager plays a key role in the management of our business. Key Responsibility Areas include:
Supervision of 7-9 stores
Budgeting and management to the P&L
Recruitment, training and development of Store Managers
Provide daily leadership, motivation and guidance
Ensure total customer satisfaction with the customer experience
Manage and execute plans to increase revenue and profits
Manage effective execution of all company programs and processes
Protect company assets

Minimum ten years progressively successful employment history
Minimum three years successful record in multi-unit management
Four year Bachelors degree in business or related field, or additional two years of multi-unit management experience
Successful track record growing revenue, managing budgets and P&L's
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to network, recruit, train and develop employees
This important management position may require some overnight travel and promotion to District Manager after training, may require relocation.
