Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an A/P Specialist for one of our client-dedicated account team in Phoenix, AZ. Our A/P Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices associated with the management of client’s facilities and will work closely with vendors and the account staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Process various types of accounts payable transactions including coding and data entry of vendor invoices, expense reports and voiding and reissuing of checks
Process daily and weekly A/P for multiple sites and vendors including invoice rejection and resolution, insuring all deadlines are met
Assist site team, client and vendors with A/P issues or questions as they arise
Understand and comply with all JLL A/P policies and procedures
Monitor and enforce compliance by all JLL employees involved in the A/P process
Special projects and other functions as required by manager or client
Correspond with suppliers and respond to inquiries
Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
Audit and verify expense reports
Update and maintain vendor database and other support information associated with A/P function
Assist in audits as needed
Ensure all transactions have been processed and resolved for each month-end close
Comply with all requirements of the Client contract and support the account team to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators
Ability to manage and facilitate the onboarding of new company sponsored software
Interact and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 2 years Accounts Payable experience
Proficient in data entry
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work overtime as required
High School diploma required; college degree preferred with Accounting coursework
Computer skills including proficiency in Excel and Outlook. Experience with OneNote is a plus
Proficiency in computer-based accounts payable applications required. Experience with JDEdwards EnterpriseOne platforms is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills required
Customer service orientation and good communication skills (oral and written) required
