Explain the value of the Account Manager appropriately during customer interactions

Execute “Done Right or Done Free” guarantee as needed
Review all completed orders with customers
Read all Copy & Print Wiki articles
Capture all accurate order specifications
Capture all accurate customer information
Read weekly “Copy & Print Priorities” communication
Execute weekly tasks as communicated through MAP/Priorities
Use & Review communication log
Enroll qualifying customers in Rewards & BDP (Consultant on Duty is accountable for ensuring that all team members do this well)
Selling Lead in Store
Observe & coach associates on selling process
Participate in creation of monthly action plan to drive business
Communicate action plan items related to selling to other Associates
Test associates for knowledge of current promos
Ensure all POG and signage elements are to standard
Drive results in CopySAT, BDP Penetration, Full Serve DPT, Quote Win Rate
QUALIFICATIONS
