Position Summary

This position will support warehouse operations and Aeronautical Accessories sales and finished goods by packing, shipping, and receiving.

 

Responsibilities will include

Distribution of various parts and materials to authorized personnel

Various support duties to maintain control over parts and finished/fabricated goods inventory

Demonstration of safe work habits and correct use of PPE

Operation of company vehicles to include forklifts, pickers, golf carts, trucks, and other vehicles

Other duties as assigned

Position requirements

One year related experience in shipping, warehouse, or inventory operations

Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment, to include golf carts, trucks, and other vehicles
***Background check for this position will include candidate's DMV/driving records history***
Basic computer skills, and experience with MS programs (esp Outlook, Excel, and Word)

High attention to detail

Understanding of basic measurements, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Ability to assist with cycle counts, and wall-to-wall inventory

Ability to fill, pack, wrap, protect, consolidate, and arrange orders from warehouse stock, shelves or bins according to instruction

Ability to effectively work with various departments to ensure production is supplied with parts and material

Ability to prepare various repots, and to accurately record the entry of finished products to the corresponding warehouse

Ability to assist with loading and unloading trucks

Ability to work well and interact with teammates and internal customers

Ability to follow FAA, Bell/Textron, DOW, AS9100, and other guidelines as required

Ability to obtain forklift license

Ability to consistently demonstrate safe work habits, to include proper use of PPE

 

Additional experience a plus, and may qualify candidate for a higher level/pay grade

Visual Manufacturing, SAP, or equivalent ERP system a plus
