You must be passionate about driving team sales results in an autonomous environment. In your world, there are no strangers, only prospects you have not met yet – lots of them.
Two to four years of sales or stores operations experience and demonstrated customer service acumen.
A bachelor's or associate's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
Ability to calculate discounts and profit associated with selling price; to calculate commissions. associated with territory performance; to take measurements and calculate surface area associated with making product volume estimates.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet applications
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Driver's License and excellent vehicle record within acceptable limits as required by PPG.
Must enjoy traveling within assigned territory 80% of time and represent PPG at events and meetings.
Aptitude to analyze territory performance reports and develop sales territory business plans.
