Position Summary:

OVERVIEW

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Support project executives on large complex projects and assignments.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations for project executives
  • Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment.
  • Maintain accurate budget tracking of all project expenditures
  • Oversee yearly project finance closeout
  • Maintain active project status report for entire FREC Project Management Group.
  • Process Purchase orders and change orders.
  • Verify and initiate payment for vendor invoices in a timely manner.
  • Work with vendors to reconcile any invoicing discrepancies.
  • Perform reconciliation and closeout process for all financial requirements prior to closing projects.
  • Maintain accurate files on current and closed projects including off site document storage.
  • Maintain all electronic and hard copy architectural drawings for current and closed projects.
  • Demonstrating a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner.
  • Schedule and plan meetings, travel and teleconferencing with vendors and clients.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all PDS technology as required for assigned projects.
  • Comply with all Jones Lang LaSalle policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice.
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Associate or Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, strongly preferred
  • 1 year practical experience for Accounts
  • 1 – 2 years of practical experience for Markets in a Project Administration/Accounting position
  • Experience in construction management or real estate preferred

  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients
  • Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
