Communicate with assigned accounts as needed to meet designated service levels and customer satisfaction goals. Monitor accounts to ensure contract compliance. Support for the account may require co-ordination across divisions depending upon the make-up of the division. The combined sales represented by the accounts assigned to the Internal Account Manager may vary between $40mm to $45mm.
Coordinate efforts with CSRs assigned to same customer accounts to ensure account is properly serviced and issues are resolved. Support Sales and Service directors with execution of limited-time offers, including coordination with division functional teams. Central to the division success will be the proper management of all remaining inventory on hand following the completion of various Limited Time Offers (LTOs) national accounts offer throughout the year.
Responsible for the management of the national Master Distribution Agreement (MDA) insuring that the customer meets the terms as outlined. In this capacity, also serves as the key relationship manager for the assigned accounts.
Manage all aspects of assigned accounts, including maintenance of customer order guides, verification of pricing, and oversight of billing and accounts receivable. Ensure assigned accounts meet or exceed accounts receivable currency targets, and coordinate with central AR as needed.
Produce and maintain required internal and external reports as needed to meet service levels and contractual reporting requirements. Coordinate collection of data and perform required analyses in support of report preparation.
Manage logistics planning and routing support and inventory management for assigned customers in coordination with relevant internal departments, center and functions.
Make in-person sales calls or attend regional meetings on an infrequent basis to support account management in alignment with customer contract and designated service level goals. While the in-person meetings are limited, regular contact is a requirement to maximize the local relationship with the assign nationally managed accounts.
Support set-up and rollout of new accounts as assigned.

Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing preferred.
Related Experience: A minimum of three years of sales support, sales, customer service or business experience required (foodservice industry or related preferred). Candidate should have a proven track record of developing and maintaining customer relations.
