Key Responsibilities
The Technical Sales & Service Representative is responsible for the effective and efficient performance of PPG products for the customer. The incumbent will monitor systems and processes, check/control inventories, initiate problem solving resolutions, and effectively communicate with all levels in both the PPG and customer organizations.
Experience and Education
Required: High school degree and related work experience. Desired: College degree in chemistry, general science, or a related discipline.
Functional and Technical Skills
2-5 years in a technical setting or automotive assembly plant environment. Good written and oral communication skills. Strong emphasis 3 Wet Solvent Borne Technology and Application Processes. Overall experience and general knowledge with the entire automotive layering system including ecoat is beneficial. Strong computer skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail are required.
