What are we looking for?
We are looking for upbeat and self-starting team members to join our Customer Care Team. We are an inbound call center that provides a high level of customer care to every customer. You will be helping customers with their order updates, warranty and returns support. Provide overflow assistance in placing new customer order(s) and answering product questions.

- Uses a computer daily, so they must be comfortable and able to navigate various sites and applications. This could be anything from managing your finances in a spreadsheet, to taking online classes, to keeping up with your friends and family on Facebook.

- You enjoy chatting on the phone. We spend a lot of time on the phone with our customers and find great success when we love to pick up the phone.

- You love a challenge. You find enjoyment in thinking through tough problems.
