Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of performance, reliability and security of the Leslie's Windows server environment
- Maintain Windows server configurations and ensure they meet established standards
- Regularly evaluate, test and apply security updates and system patches
- Administer corporate and remote location phone systems and provide level 3 help desk support to local and remote users
- 3 years working with Microsoft server technologies
- 5 years of PC Hardware and Software experience
- Ability to maintain and troubleshoot MS Active Directory, Exchange 2007, DNS and DHCP platforms
- Knowledge and understanding of tape backup systems
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking standards, protocols, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot TCP/IP and VPN issues
- Knowledge and understanding of Storage Attached Network (SAN) technologies
- Basic knowledge and understanding of IBM iSeries (AS400) system operations
- Ability to respond and address after-hour issues and alerts when they arise
