The Lead Impulse Stylist is a product and style expert who understands how to build a business through clienteling, communicating fashion trends, offering style advice and training other Impulse associates to do the same. QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience: High School degree or equivalent. Minimum 1 year
previous lead/supervisory position in a service and sales
driven environment.
Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and present information
to customers, peers and all levels of management.
Technical Skills: Understanding of mobile technology and emerging trends
in shopping behaviors.
Reasoning Ability: Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a
team and must have good time management skills.
Demonstratesa customer-first mentality, ability to convert a
customer into a client.
Physical Demands: This position requires constant moving and standing. Must
be able to stand for at least two consecutive hours. Must be
able to lift at least 30 lbs. May occasionally be required to
stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders. May have to reach
above eye level.
Other skills: Ability to follow through on projects in a timely manner.
Should possess a keen sense of fashion trends
Work Hours: Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours,
which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
