Customer Support (CPR) Specialist

Job Summary: 

As an integral part of Bell Helicopter’s Component Repair and Overhaul team in Piney Flats, TN, this role serves as the main point of contact for customers and Bell facilities worldwide. This position answers high volumes of inquiries from external customers and intercompany/department representatives regarding RFQs/RFPs, order status, order changes, delivery date, and pricing. Customer Support Specialists require the ability to respond to all inquiries from assigned customer base in a calm, professional, courteous, and timely manner to maintain the highest customer satisfaction and act within the best interest of the customer and Bell Helicopter.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating RFPs / RFQs with internal and external customers
  • Providing pricing and lead-time estimates
  • Accessing and utilizing Bell information systems (accounting, billing, contracts, estimating, purchasing, and shipping) to provide accurate responses of order status, projected delivery dates, etc.
  • Acting as a liaison between the customer and multiple departments to resolve issues while understanding when an issue requires escalation for satisfactory resolution
  • Successfully working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Communicating successfully through telephone, face-to-face and/or email
  • Other duties as required by management

Education: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred 
     

 

Position Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of customer contact experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to promote positive, professional work relationships and team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail dealing with complex, detailed information
  • Demonstrated ability to meet established goals and deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • Planning and organizational skills to coordinate workload around multiple assignments
  • Willingness and initiative to learn
  • Intermediate level ability with MS Office programs (including Word, Outlook and Excel)
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Aviation/Rotorcraft industry experience preferred
