As a Dispatch Analyst at the Shelby facility, you will be
responsible for planning and releasing customer orders to the DC that ensures
excellent customer service as well as maximizing operational
efficiencies. You will work with Nike customer service to prioritize
outbound orders to make delivery commitments. You will also work with
operations, outbound traffic, storage management, and inventory control teams
to resolve any issues associated with customer orders. You will also be
responsible for performing a variety of routine expedition activities to
deliver against service commitments. In addition, you will be responsible
for developing and distributing multiple reports that show Shelby's daily
effectiveness from a planning and operational standpoint.
Requirements for the position include:
● Associates Degree or 2 years of college
● 3 years relevant work experience
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
Access and Powerpoint skills preferred.
● Experience in DCMS or other WMS systems
● Knowledge of SAP is preferred
