Position Summary:
The Strategic Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that meet the needs of the business and client expectations. Identify and implement initiatives to meet cost savings objectives, leveraging appropriate field resources as necessary. Maintain and manage supplier relationships and monitor performance. Ensure contracting and procurement standards are maintained throughout the portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, manage, and maintain strong supplier relationships to support high supplier performance and positive negotiation environments. Conduct supplier performance review meetings as required, and manage supplier scorecards, contract compliance, and service obligations.
Ensure contract and procurement standards are maintained throughout the portfolio in accordance with terms of client’s Master Services Agreement (MSA) and JLL best practices. Drive field compliance to sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.
Lead a team of 1 to 2 sourcing specialists or contact administrators.
Analyse spend data to identify savings opportunities.
Develop and maintain diversity and sustainable sourcing programs; measure and report diversity and sustainability results.
Identify and document disparate processes or service levels; recommend solutions to drive consistency, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Participate and/or coordinate national and regional sourcing initiatives with senior managers and project/account personnel where appropriate.
Coordinate with peers, Sourcing leadership, Legal and Risk Management groups, Property and Project Management groups to maintain consistency in form, nature, scope, and execution of contracts within guidelines and appropriate business practices.
Special projects as required by manager or client.

Excellent Inter-personal skills, Organization skills, Strong Analytical Ability, Proven ability to lead teams in decentralized environment.
Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
Hands-on role requiring willingness and ability to be both the strategist and tactician.
Expertise in sourcing with demonstrated ability to manage change.
Success implementing multiple procurement strategies.
