Manager, Brand Marketing

The Manager, Brand Marketing leads the client marketing team in supporting our top Enterprise and Commercial Accounts, while developing the overall approach for mid-sized customers. This position drives the team to create strategic and comprehensive marketing plans for client specific brand strategies which encompasses events, print, ecommerce, direct mail, social media and more. The Manager, Brand Marketing also develops the overall client marketing team direction and comprehensive analytics. This client marketing team plays a critical role in both the financial success of our accounts and enhancing client relationships.


Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead a team of Marketing Managers and Specialists assigned to enterprise accounts
• Develop Field Marketing role and identify marketing growth opportunities for mid-sized customers
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams, creative services, sales, merchandising, special order and IT
• Develop ongoing training and education for marketing and sales
• Drive a brand immersion culture and position marketing as key component
• Qualify new customer marketing potential and assign business within team
• Drive team to achieve sales goals and financial objectives by developing and executing marketing strategies
• Responsible for marketing analytics and work closely with Marketing Coordinators
• Serve as a working manager to directly handle customer workload as capacity necessitates.
• Reports directly to Senior Manager Client Marketing & Creative Services

Qualifications:
• Proven ability to drive a winning culture and work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent strategic thinking, project management and communication skills required.
• Proficiency in marketing reporting and excellent analytical skills required
• Ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously and independently
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office required with a concentration on PowerPoint and Excel.
• Expertise with email service providers; ratings and reviews; google tag manager; Google analytics; digital ecommerce; CRM tool
• Must be highly self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or similar degree with appropriate experience
• 4-6 years relevant work experience in product marketing or related field
• 4-6 years management experience
• 4-6 years in a client facing marketing environment
