Duties
- Review and enter trade, freight, expense invoices, reimbursements, insurance, legal invoices, fixed assets, advertising, and other invoices received for payment
- Take incoming calls and emails regarding invoice payments
- Interact with vendors and customers
- Reconcile vendor statements and research invoices/purchase order issues
- 1-2 years experience in a high volume, multi-unit, retail A/P environment
- Understanding of AP software, 10-key and AP procedures
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word
- AS400 experience preferred, but not required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills, strong team player, and must possess a high level of attention to detail
